SALE
Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion are only eligible for a credit note or exchange.
FINAL SALE
Items marked as "Final sale – no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. If you return goods despite this policy, they will be returned to you at an additional cost.
PROMOTIONAL CODE
Orders with a coupon code that reduces the order value (except for our 10% welcome offer) can only be returned for credit or exchange.
SWIMWEAR
All swimwear must be tried on over underwear. The hygiene protection strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if it has been removed or altered.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure that you can return them within the return period.
cootik.com accepts no responsibility for missing deliveries when returning items. We recommend that you return your items by registered mail or with tracking, as the customer is responsible for returns until they are received by cootik.com.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
We strive to process refunds daily. However, processing your return may take up to 3–5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your return has been received and processed.
For returns initiated by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the selected shipping company. If the goods received are damaged or defective for reasons attributable to us, the shipping costs shall not be borne by the consumer.
