HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer express shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. Shipping is free for orders totaling $50 or more.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us before 3:00 p.m. PST at support@cootik.com. We cannot make any changes after this time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email.

If you do not receive one, please send an email to support@cootik.com.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that your specified address is accessible during business hours.

cootik.com uses FEDEX, USPS, and DHL.

Transportation time: 7–15 days.
